Healthy chocolate crackles – a kids party favourite!
- 4 cups rice bubbles (100% organic brown puffed rice)
- 1/2 cup (activated) almond meal
- 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
- 130g coconut oil (melted)
- 120g raw honey or rice malt syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Tip: Activate nuts and seeds in advance, store them in the freezer and when a recipe calls for it,
mill them to a meal. Activating seeds and nuts improves digestion and maximises nutrient
absorption, it also makes them taste better.

- Place into fridge for an hour or until set.
- Serve individually or cut into slices. Makes 12. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2
weeks or in the freezer for longer.
