I love this one because it is fun for little ones who want to get involved in the kitchen, yet fairly quick at the same time. It also relies on the stevia for sweetness as well as the natural sugar in the berries so can be a great option for those wanting to keep added sugars to a minimum.
Every year around Christmas we go berry picking as a family and usually end up picking way to many berries. By the time we get to some of them they are a little mushy so I was looking for a fun recipe that we could use them for and this is just the one!
